一般情況來說,塑料材料性能的復(fù)雜性決定了注塑件成型過程的復(fù)雜性。塑料材料的性能又因品種不同、生產(chǎn)注塑件加工條件不同、牌號(hào)不同、甚批次不同出現(xiàn)很大的區(qū)別,這是有規(guī)律。因此不同的性能參數(shù)可能導(dǎo)致完全不同的成型結(jié)果。性能參數(shù)的設(shè)定是一定要注意的。
